Anthea McIntyre leads the firm. Anthea’s expertise includes estate planning, providing advice in relation to contested estates, estate litigation, probate and estate administration.

Anthea has been practising as a Solicitor for 17 years, and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. Anthea holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with First Class Honours, a Masters of Applied Law specialising in Wills & Estates and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Psychology). Anthea was awarded 1st place in her Masters in Wills & Estates.

Anthea sits on The Law Society of New South Wales’ Elder Law, Capacity & Succession Committee.

Prior to establishing McIntyre Legal, Anthea was a Senior Associate at top tier law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills, and a Senior Advisor and General Counsel at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Anita Petrovic  
Solicitor

Anita specialises in estate planning.

Anita is admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales, and holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communication (majoring in Advertising) degree.


Jessica Woodhouse  
Law Graduate

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in criminology). Jessica will be admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales in July 2019.

Jessica specialises in probate, estate administration and estate litigation.


Jaemin Shin
Law Graduate


Jae holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Japanese and French studies). He has had previous experience as a Tipstaff in the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Jae specialises in probate, estate administration and estate litigation.
