Anthea McIntyre BA, LLB (Hons I), Masters of Applied Law (Wills & Estates), TEP – Legal Practitioner Director

Anthea McIntyre leads the firm.

Anthea’s expertise includes estate planning, providing advice in relation to contested estates, estate litigation, probate and estate administration.

Anthea has been practising as a Solicitor for 17 years, and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Anthea holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with First Class Honours, a Masters of Applied Law specialising in Wills & Estates and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in Psychology).

Anthea was awarded 1st place in her Masters in Wills & Estates.

Anthea sits on The Law Society of New South Wales’ Elder Law, Capacity & Succession Committee.

Prior to establishing McIntyre Legal, Anthea was a Senior Associate at top tier law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills, and a Senior Advisor and General Counsel at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jessica Woodhouse – Law Graduate

Jessica specialises in probate, estate administration and estate litigation.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (majoring in criminology).

Anita Petrovic – Solicitor

Anita specialises in estate planning.

Anita is admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales, and holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communication (majoring in Advertising) degree.

Jaemin Shin – Law Graduate

Jae specialises in probate and estate litigation.

Jae holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws degree.

Prior to joining McIntyre Legal, Jae was Tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Fagan of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Jessica van Wyk – Paralegal

Jessica provides paralegal support across all practice areas at McIntyre Legal – estate planning, probate, estate administration and estate litigation.

Jessica van Wyk will soon complete her Juris Doctor.
